Terms of Use — Ring Escape

These Terms of Use apply to Ring Escape ("the Game") and to the related services operated by Little Middle Idles ("we", "us", "our"), including our YouTube channel and the internal tools we use to publish to it. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. The Game

• The Game is provided free of charge with optional in-app purchases and rewarded ads. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms.
• In-game currencies and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the leaderboard or our servers. We may remove leaderboard entries or names that break these rules or are offensive.

2. YouTube API Services

Parts of our service use YouTube API Services to publish videos to, and read statistics for, our own YouTube channel. By using any part of our service that relies on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy; how we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Content

Gameplay videos we publish are our own recordings of the Game. Music in our videos is either original or used under licence.

4. Disclaimer

The Game and related services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the "Last updated" date above changes.
